Love making great coffee and helping customers feel welcome? We’re looking for a reliable, enthusiastic barista who takes pride in every cup and enjoys working in a busy café environment.
About the role
You’ll help keep our beverage station running smoothly and deliver consistently high-quality drinks and friendly service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing espresso coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cold beverages using our recipes and presentation standards.
- Adjusting the coffee grind, dose and extraction to achieve a consistent, quality pour.
- Welcoming customers, taking orders accurately and processing payments.
- Keeping equipment, workstations and service areas clean, organised and stocked.
- Completing opening and closing routines and daily checklists.
- Monitoring ingredient quality,
replenishing supplies and following stock ordering procedures.
- Following food safety and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Helping new team members learn our equipment, recipes and service standards as required.
About you
You’ll bring:
- Barista experience and confidence using an espresso machine and grinder.
- A passion for quality coffee and attention to detail.
- A friendly manner and strong customer service skills.
- The ability to stay organised and work efficiently during busy periods.
- Reliability, initiative and a willingness to support your teammates.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
