We are now seeking a Sales Associate to join our Launceston team in a dedicated role working directly with Courtney Walker, one of our fast-rising agents in the residential market. Courtney’s business has grown strongly this year and its next stage depends on a partner who will handle every campaign detail as well as she would.

This is a rare opportunity to learn the business from the inside, beside a high-performing agent, within a brand that sets the standard for how property is marketed and sold in Tasmania.

The Role

You will own the operational side of every campaign, ensuring each listing reflects the standard Harrison Agents is known for. Your work frees Courtney to focus on vendors, buyers and property campaigns, while you ensure nothing is missed.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating each campaign from listing to sale, booking and sequencing photographers, stylists, cleaners and gardeners so every listing goes live on schedule
- Preparing portal listings, marketing, proposals, letterbox drops and open home materials to a standard that is ready to send without correction
- Pulling and preparing REA and Domain activity reports so every vendor receives their update each week,



without exception
- Preparing for open homes so Courtney arrives with everything she needs, with materials printed and keys accounted for
- Booking pre-settlement inspections and coordinating access, resolving issues by phone
- Progressing, as trust is earned, to managing Courtney’s diary, call lists and follow-ups

About You

You set high standards for yourself and meet them consistently. Every brochure, listing and proposal represents the Harrison Agents name, and you understand why the details matter.

You will ideally bring:

- A Property Representative Licence, or the ability to obtain one
- A current driver’s licence
- An ambition to build a long-term career in real estate
- A high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive approach to communication, comfortable picking up the phone to keep things moving
- Sound judgement about what needs Courtney’s immediate attention, and the initiative to handle the rest
- Excellent spelling, grammar and written communication, with a sharp eye for errors before anything goes out
- Proficiency across CRM systems, Canva and Google Workspace
