We are cuurently for friendly, reliable and experienced Disability Support Workers to join our growing network in Lawnton and surrounding areas.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals who enjoy supporting people with disabilities and helping them live safely, comfortably and independently.

We welcome support workers with experience in mental health support, high physical support needs, personal care and community participation.

The ideal candidate is someone who is patient, understanding, communicates clearly and can build positive relationships with participants while providing quality, person-centred care.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in disability or mental health support
- Experience supporting participants with high physical support needs
- Strong and clear communication skills
- Friendly, patient and compassionate approach
- Ability to build rapport and trust with participants
- Confidence in assisting with personal care, mobility and daily living activities
- Ability to follow individual support plans and routines
- Confidence in handling challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Reliable, versatile and able to work independently
- A genuine commitment to providing safe and respectful support

Requirements

- Valid ABN




- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Australian working rights
- Relevant experience in disability support
- Relevant qualifications and additional training are highly regarded
