We are an established business in the Rockingham area, looking for an experienced, motivated and reliable Cook or Chef to join our friendly kitchen team.

About the role
Your responsibilities may include:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of fresh meals, hot dishes, sandwich/wraps, salads and catering platters.
- Ensuring food is consistently well presented, tastes great and meets our quality standards. Excellent food presentation skills are essential.
- Managing daily food preparation and working efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Providing friendly and professional service to customers.
- Assisting with stock control, ordering and minimising food waste.
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen organisation.
- Supporting other kitchen staff and contributing ideas to improve our menus and processes.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a commercial kitchen.
- A qualified Chef or experienced Cook who is confident in food preparation and cooking.
- A good eye for food presentation and attention to detail.
- Someone reliable, organised, proactive and able to work independently.
- A friendly and positive attitude towards customers and fellow team members.
- Good communication skills and willingness to take responsibility.
- Experience in catering or high-volume food preparation would be an advantage.
- A valid driver's licence is preferred for occasional deliveries or offsite functions.
