Dylan brings hands-on experience in gardening, landscaping and civil construction, and our small crew delivers quality residential projects we’re proud of. About the role
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking skilled labourer to join our crew full time. You’ll work on landscape construction and garden projects from start to finish, helping turn plans into outdoor spaces our clients love.
Day to day you’ll be:
- Preparing sites, including excavation and earthworks
- Laying pavers, retaining walls, edging, turf and garden beds
- Installing irrigation, drainage and landscape features
- Operating small plant and power tools safely
- Keeping sites clean, tidy and safe
You’ll need:
- 1–2 years’ experience in landscaping,
construction or civil labouring
- A current White Card (General Construction Induction)
- A current driver’s licence
- Ability to do physical outdoor work in all weather
- Reliability, punctuality and pride in your work
Bonus if you have:
- Plant tickets or experience (e.g. excavator, skid steer)
- Cert III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture
- Paving or retaining wall experience
