This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Spring Bluff, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.
Your responsibilities
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- What we are looking for
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
Pay
This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:
- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Your availability
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.
