Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Canning Vale Bentley
We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Bentley. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.
What you will need
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
What it pays
You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- When you need to be available
You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.
Day to day
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
