What we're looking for:

- Experience: 1+ years in high-volume,



full-service A La Carte kitchen with demonstrated time on pans.

- Technical Skills: Strong heat control, fast pan work and sharp multitasking under pressure.

- Qualifications: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is preferred, or solid equivalent industry experience.

- Availability: Open flexibility across a rotating roster covering nights, weekends and public holidays.

- Mindset: Dependable, proactive, and committed to sending out consistent plates every service.
