Personal Trainer Wanted | Snap Fitness Preston Glenroy
This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Glenroy, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.
There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.
To be considered
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
Pay structure
This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:
- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- What you will do
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Your availability
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.
