Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Dowerin. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.
Pay
Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.
What you will need
Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
What you will do
Follow our coaching and admin systems. Take part in mentoring and team workshops. Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
Hours you need to be free
Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
