Outdoor Team Member — $35–$42/hr + Performance Bonuses
Sydney North Shore | Casual | Monday–Friday
Work hard. Build skills. Get rewarded.
Tired of putting in a solid day's work without seeing your pay or responsibilities improve?
At All Aspects Landscapes, we believe reliable, capable team members deserve a explicit opportunity to earn more.
We're hiring a Team Member to join our specialist hedge-trimming crew, with a structured pathway from $35/hr to $42/hr.
What you can work towards
- $35/hr starting rate + super.
- $38/hr when you reach Skilled Team Member standards.
- $42/hr when you qualify as a Team Leader.
- Voucher rewards at career milestones.
- Weekly performance reward opportunities at Team Leader level.
- Potential to progress into leadership in under six months.
Pay increases and rewards are based on demonstrated skills, performance and eligibility, not simply time served.
What makes this opportunity different?
We don't expect good workers to remain in the same role forever.
You'll receive ongoing feedback, opportunities to develop your technical skills and a clear understanding of what you need to achieve to progress.
Our business focuses exclusively on tall hedge trimming across Sydney's North Shore.
That means you'll be learning specialist skills rather than spending every day doing unrelated garden maintenance tasks.
Your responsibilities
You'll be working with our crew to:
- Trim and maintain residential hedges.
- Assist with tall hedge reductions.
- Set up and pack away professional equipment.
- Collect clippings and maintain clean jobsites.
- Develop your hedge-trimming and equipment-handling skills.
- Support your teammates to deliver high-quality work.
Who should apply?
We're looking for someone who:
- Shows up on time and works consistently.
- Is physically fit and enjoys outdoor work.
- Has a good attitude towards safety and teamwork.
- Is comfortable with hands-on work and power tools.
- Wants to improve and earn greater responsibility.
- Has a current driver's licence and reliable transport.
Previous specialist hedge-trimming experience isn't required. A practical, hands-on background is an advantage.
Want your next job to come with a real opportunity to earn more?
- Do you hold a valid Australian driver's licence?
- Do you have your own vehicle?
- Are you comfortable working at heights (5m+)?
- Are you willing to travel across Sydney for work?
