Are you energetic, great with kids and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Join our team and help create memorable birthday celebrations!

Weekend availability is essential—you must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.

About the role:

- Welcome families and guests with a friendly, professional approach.
- Build rapport with parents, answer questions and respond to requests throughout the party.
- Keep children involved while supporting a safe, inclusive setting.
- Keep parties organised and running on time.
- Assist with setup, pack-down and cleaning.

We’re looking for someone who:





- Has excellent customer service skills and communicates confidently with parents.
- Is warm, approachable and able to make families feel welcome and looked after.
- Brings energy and enthusiasm to engaging children.
- Can handle questions or concerns calmly and professionally.
- Is reliable, punctual and works well in a team.
- Holds, or is willing to obtain, a valid Working with Children Check before starting.

Experience in customer service, hospitality, children’s activities or party hosting is a bonus!

Pay: From $32.00 per hour
