STORE MANAGER

Lead the team. Drive the store. Own the results.

We’re looking for a switched-on Store Manager who loves retail, knows how to get the best out of people and isn’t afraid to lead from the floor.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll have real ownership of your store, your team and your results.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

- Leading, coaching and developing your team
- Driving sales, KPIs and store performance
- Creating a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Rostering, wage control and daily operations
- Visual merchandising and store presentation
- Building a solid, positive team culture

YOU’LL BE

Commercial. Energetic. People-focused.

You’ll already have retail management experience and know that great results come from having the right people,



clear expectations and plenty of energy on the floor.

You’ll love sales, targets and developing people — and you’ll be just as comfortable jumping in with the team as you are managing the numbers.
