Mantra Hobart is looking for friendly, reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionists / Guest Service Agents to join our team.

We have multiple casual positions available and are seeking people who are available to start immediately and can provide consistent, reliable availability across a range of shifts.

About the Role

As a Front Desk Receptionist / Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing a warm and professional welcome to our guests and assisting with the smooth operation of the hotel front desk.

Your duties will include:

- Welcoming and assisting guests with check-in and check-out
- Handling guest enquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Managing reservations and bookings
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate guest records
- Answering telephone and email enquiries
- Assisting guests with requests and resolving issues professionally
- Providing information about the hotel, local area and facilities
- Working closely with other hotel departments to ensure a positive guest experience
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area

Previous hotel or reception experience is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided to the right candidates.
