We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Mulgoa. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.
Availability
We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.
You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.
What you will need
Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
Pay and super
Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Day to day
Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting. Work within our coaching and administration processes. Coach each client one-to-one. Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
