Customer Service /Spare Parts Office (Caravan Industry)

Avan is one of Australia’s leading Caravan Manufactures. Currently we are seeking a Customer Service/Spare Parts person who are motivated, enthusiastic and reliable to join our team. For the right candidate, on-the-job training and ongoing support will be provided. We place great value on a positive attitude, strong work ethic and wilingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer service skills, ideally from a manufacturing/automotive environment
- Good technical skills around solutions and outcomes
- Maintaining a close relationship with customers
- Good understanding of warranty and maintenance issues, including the works that may need to be carried out
- Be able to assist with spare parts requests.
- Respond to customer enquiries in person, over the phone and via email.
- Identify, source and supply spare parts for the recreational vehicles
- Prepare quotes, process sales and manage associated documentation
- Work closely with our workshop & warehouse team to coordinate parts requirements and repairs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing friendly, knowledgeable and reliable service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $58,000.00 per year
