What You'll Be Doing

- Teaching engaging, structured preschool dance classes
- Supporting young dancers as they develop and progress through the studio
- Creating a warm & safe environment where every child shines
- Communicating clearly and kindly with parents
- Helping maintain consistent teaching standards and a positive classroom experience across the department.
- Contributing ideas to develop and improve our preschool programs.

Who You Are

You don't need to have held a Head of Department title before,



but you do need a genuine passion for working with young children and helping others grow.

You might be perfect if you are:

- Warm, energetic, patient and naturally great with young children.
- An experienced preschool dance teacher who understands how young children learn.
- Creative and engaging, while also valuing structure and consistency.
- A confident and caring communicator with parents and families.
- Someone who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting other teachers.
- Organised, reliable and comfortable taking initiative.
- Someone who wants to be part of a team, not just clock in and out

Bonus points if you have experience in:

- Relevant dance teaching or early childhood education qualifications
- Ready Set Dance program experience
- Working with neurodiverse children
- Experience mentoring teachers or coordinating programs

Required: Working With Children Check (WWCC).
