We are seeking a professional, customer-focused, and highly presented Retail Security Officer to join our team at a prestigious high-end retail environment in the bustling CBD.

. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and assets while delivering exceptional customer service and representing the brand with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide a visible and professional security presence throughout the retail store.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with enquiries in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Monitor and protect company assets, merchandise, staff, and customers from theft, loss, and security risks.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises and maintain awareness of all store activities.
- Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and security breaches.
- Manage conflict situations professionally, using effective conflict resolution techniques.
- Complete incident reports, daily logs, and other security documentation accurately and professionally.
- Liaise effectively with store management, staff, emergency services, and external stakeholders when required.
- Remain alert to suspicious behaviour and take appropriate action in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and professionalism at all times.

Essential Requirements

- Current Victorian Security Licence.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Demonstrated conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.




- Good report-writing and incident documentation abilities.
- Ability to learn new systems, procedures, and skills quickly.
- Qualified appearance, high grooming standards, and a pleasant disposition.

Desirable Requirements

- Previous experience as a Retail Security Officer, particularly within high-end or luxury retail environments.
- Experience in loss prevention and asset protection.
- Customer service experience within retail, hospitality, or security industries.
- Experience in the use of bodycam and radio
