Snap Fitness Austral Smeaton Grange | Personal Trainer

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Smeaton Grange. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full-time hours are not guaranteed.

How we support you

You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.

Availability needed

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

Pay structure

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- What we are looking for

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it.



By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Your responsibilities

Work within our coaching and administration processes. Be part of our mentoring and team workshops. Talk new enquiries through how the training works. Coach each client one-to-one.
