This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Hammond Park, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full time hours.
Day to day
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Pay and super
You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Hours you need to be free
Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
What you will need
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.
