Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Preston Oak Park

Looking for a casual personal training role in Oak Park? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full-time hours.

Rent and support

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Pay

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- When you need to be available

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

What we are looking for





Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Day to day

- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
