Snap Fitness Concord West Concord West | Personal Trainer

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Concord West, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

What you will do

- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Pay structure

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- To be considered
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it




- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- When you need to be available

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.
