PT Role | Carrington

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Carrington. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

Pay

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

What you will do

- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Availability

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week.



Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

Qualifications

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
