About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Yard Forklift Operator to join our busy manufacturing team based in Melbourne.

In this role, you will play an essential part in managing our outdoor yard operations—taking finished concrete masonry, bricks, and pavers from production lines to storage, and loading transport trucks for delivery across Victoria.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Handling: Safely transport cured concrete blocks, bricks, and pavers from production lines/cubers to outdoor yard storage.
- Freight & Dispatch: Efficiently load flatbed trucks, B-doubles, and transport vehicles using heavy-duty forklifts.
- Yard Management: Organize stock inventory, rotate product batches, and maintain clean driveways and loading bays.
- Quality & Safety: Inspect outgoing packs for banding or product defects, and strictly follow site OH&S; and pedestrian exclusion zone guidelines.

Shift: Day Shift

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

To apply, you will need

A current LF licence and previous experience in a similar forklift operator role, loading and unloading trucks and shelving.

- A valid Forklift licence
- Storeperson, warehouse, logistics, experience is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to do manual tasks

Job Offer (Start right away)

- 38 - 44hrs hours per week.
