Grounds Maintenance / Gardening Team Members – Full Time

ARC Staff is currently recruiting Grounds Maintenance Team Members / Gardeners for permanent full-time positions with one of our major clients.

This is a great opportunity for someone who already has some hands-on gardening or grounds maintenance experience and is keen to learn, develop their skills and build a long-term career in the industry.

We have multiple positions available across:

- Cronulla and surrounding areas
- Inner & Eastern Sydney
- Western Sydney

Salary: $52,245–$57,304 per year + super, depending on experience
Employment: Permanent full-time
Perks: Annual leave and personal/sick leave entitlements

The Role

Working as part of a supportive mobile grounds maintenance crew, you will help maintain a range of commercial and open-space sites throughout Sydney.

Your duties may include:

- General gardening and grounds maintenance
- Lawn mowing
- Whipper snipping and edging
- Hedging and pruning
- Weeding, mulching and planting
- Operating mowers and small plant equipment
- General site clean-up
- Maintaining high presentation standards across sites

What We're Looking For

You don't need to be an expert. This role would be ideal for someone who has some gardening, landscaping or grounds maintenance experience and is willing to learn and develop their skills.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has some previous gardening,



landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
- Is comfortable using basic gardening equipment
- Is willing to learn new equipment and techniques
- Has a current driver's licence
- Has a current Police Check or is willing to obtain one
- Working With Children Check is highly regarded
- Is physically fit and enjoys working outdoors
- Is reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Has a positive attitude and works well as part of a team
- Takes pride in their work

Formal horticulture or Parks & Gardens qualifications are an advantage but are not essential for someone with the right attitude and practical experience.
