Talent Success is recruiting experienced HC & MC Truck Drivers for multiple transport and logistics opportunities across Sydney.
Whether you prefer metro deliveries, linehaul, changeovers or depot-to-depot work, we have roles to suit different driving backgrounds.

THE ROLE
Depending on the position, duties may include:
- Metro and regional deliveries
- Linehaul and interstate transport
- Changeover operations
- Depot-to-depot transfers
- Pre-start vehicle inspections
- Load restraint and freight security
- Delivery documentation & electronic paperwork
- Following NHVR, fatigue management & road safety requirements
- Professional interaction with customers and site teams
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
To be considered, you must have:
✔ Current Australian HC or MC licence
✔ Minimum 2 years HC/MC driving experience
✔ Good driving history
✔ BFM accreditation or Standard Hours compliance
✔ Strong understanding of fatigue management & transport safety
✔ Ability to pass pre-employment medical & Drug & Alcohol testing
✔ Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
EXPERIENCE HIGHLY REGARDED
Experience with:
- Linehaul
- Changeovers
- FMCG transport
- Refrigerated freight
- General/palletised freight
- Container transport
- Road Ranger gearboxes
- Forklift operations
- Multi-drop deliveries
