This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Canningvale, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.
Pay and super
Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Requirements
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
How we support you
No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.
What you will do
- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Availability needed
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
