We’re looking for an experienced Concrete Patcher to join our team across Melbourne. If you take pride in your workmanship, are reliable and enjoy working on a variety of projects, we’d like to hear from you.
About the Role
You’ll carry out concrete patching and repair works across commercial buildings, civil infrastructure and industrial sites. We’re looking for someone who can confidently complete repairs from preparation through to finishing, both independently and as part of a team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Concrete patching, spalling repairs and concrete cancer remediation.
- Breaking out defective concrete, preparing surfaces and treating exposed reinforcement.
- Applying repair mortars and achieving quality finishes.
- Concrete rehabilitation works on bridges, roads and commercial buildings.
- Waterproofing and protective coating application where required and within your experience.
- Following site safety procedures, SWMS and product application requirements.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Proven hands-on experience in concrete patching and remedial concrete repairs.
- Sound knowledge of preparation methods, repair materials and application techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
- Reliability, positive communication and the ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to safely undertake the physical requirements of the role.
- A valid Construction White Card.
Highly regarded:
- Experience in crack injection, waterproofing and protective coatings.
- Experience with liquid-applied, torch-on or spray-applied waterproofing membranes.
- EWP qualifications, HR licence, First Aid or Confined Spaces training.
- A current driver’s licence and access to reliable transport.
