Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Canning Vale Palmyra
Jamie Fitness needs a casual PT in Palmyra who enjoys one-to-one coaching. Expect to build an ongoing client base gradually. We do not hand over an existing client book, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.
What we are looking for
Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
Rent and support
You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.
When you need to be available
Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
What the role involves
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Pay structure
You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
