Personal Trainer Wanted | Snap Fitness Concord West Dawes Point

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Dawes Point, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

Pay structure

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Day to day
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Qualifications





Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Availability

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
