Personal Trainer Wanted | Plumpton

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Plumpton, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.

Support

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

The role

- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- To be considered

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Pay structure

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour




- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- When you need to be available

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.
