SolBowl is looking for an experienced and exceptional Store Mgr / Supervisor to join our team at our cafe team at our newly opened T2 Sydney Airport location. (in the departures terminal of T2).

Role and Responsibility

- Management and supervision of the daily operations within trading hours
- Preparing a range of bowls, wraps, sandwiches & meals for guests of the venue, including, breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks to a high standard
- Ensure menus, food standards, procedures and processes are followed
- Supervise and manage staff in all aspects of operations - as required
- Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality and appearance
- Is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the business is in line with current health regulation standards
- Some experience with rostering and ordering

Essential Skills and Qualifications

- Ability to multi-task
- Experience in a fast and busy environment
- Full working rights in Australia




- Must have flexible availability & as well as transport capability for early mornings
