We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Advisor to joinour Information Technology team and play a key role in supporting,designing and enhancing our critical technology infrastructure thatunderpins terminal operations and business performance.

About the Role

Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will providespecialist design, build and operational support across DBCT'scorporate IT infrastructure environment. This role combinestechnical expertise with problem solving and collaboration,ensuring our infrastructure remains secure, resilient and fit forpurpose.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing Level 2 support across infrastructure andsecurity services.
- Designing and implementing infrastructure solutions andenhancements.
- Supporting incident response, disaster recovery readinessand business continuity activities.
- Contributing to cyber security initiatives and maintainingcompliance with information security standards.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders, vendors andimplementation partners on technology projects.
- Supporting the development of future technology roadmapsand infrastructure standards.
- Participating in after-hours support and on-call activitieswhen required.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology orequivalent industry experience.
- Robust knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, AzureServices, Active Directory, Group Policy,



virtualisationtechnologies and networking fundamentals.
- A sound understanding of contemporary cyber securitypractices and standards.
- Experience supporting and implementing enterpriseinfrastructure environments.
- The ability to explain technical concepts to stakeholderswith varying levels of technical knowledge.
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement, problemsolving and customer service.
