Telstra is seeking a Retail Consultant in Tweed City on an expression of interest basis. You will help customers choose products, activate services, and troubleshoot basic issues while delivering an exceptional in-store experience. You'll stay up-to-date with Telstra offerings, work with a supportive team, and contribute to meeting store KPIs. Previous customer-facing experience is welcome, and training will be provided.
