Pivac & Associates is seeking a motivated and experienced Family Lawyer with 2–4 years of experience to join our growing legal team.
We are looking for a dedicated professional with a strong understanding of family law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage matters independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE
● Manage family law matters independently from commencement through to resolution.
● Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.
● Draft legal correspondence, court documents and other relevant documentation.
● Liaise professionally with clients, opposing counsel and the courts.
● Work collaboratively with colleagues while taking initiative and responsibility for your own caseload.
ABOUT YOU
● A minimum of 2–4 years’ experience practising in family law.
● Admitted to practise in Western Australia.
● Able to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● A client-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
● A proactive, skilled and team-oriented attitude.
