About the Role:

Working from our Moorebank office, you’ll work closely with our management and operations teams to support the recruitment, onboarding and coordination of our workforce.

This is a varied and rewarding position that offers the opportunity to develop valuable skills and take on greater responsibilities as you grow.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Preparing and managing job advertisements across recruitment platforms.

Reviewing applications, screening candidates and conducting initial telephone interviews.

Coordinating interviews and communicating with prospective employees.

Assisting with employee onboarding and maintaining accurate employment documentation.

Supporting staff rostering, scheduling and workforce allocations.





Liaising with employees and management regarding staffing requirements.

Maintaining employee records and recruitment databases.

Following up with employees regarding availability and shift requirements.

Assisting the operations team with day-to-day workforce coordination.

Providing general administrative and operational support.

About You

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys communicating with people and has a genuine desire to learn and succeed.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Previous experience in recruitment, administration, rostering or workforce coordination would be highly regarded.
