We’re looking for a reliable, safety‑focused Sign Installer to join our team. No previous experience is required - full training is provided. If you enjoy working outdoors, being on the road, and doing hands-on work, this could be a great fit.

About the Role

You will be part of our installation team, placing temporary real estate signage at residential and commercial properties across Cairns.
Daily tasks include:

- Driving to multiple sites throughout the day
- Using an impact driver and basic power tools
- Installing star pickets into the ground
- Securing signage safely and professionally
- Laying up prints on signboards
- Communicating with customers when required
- Working independently while managing your route efficiently

What We’re Looking For

To be successful, you must have:

- Manual Driver’s Licence (MUST HAVE)
- A basic understanding of power tools (drill, saw etc)
- Strong awareness of safety and surroundings




- Good sense of direction and common sense
- Skilled communication skills (phone and in-person)
- A reliable, self‑motivated, hard-working attitude
- Ability to work unsupervised throughout the day

Availability Requirements

This is a casual position, and while hours may vary, typical weeks range from 25–40+ hours.

- Be able to start at 6:00am
- Hold permanent residency (required for consideration)
