About the Role | 职位介绍
We are looking for an experienced, responsible and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and confidence in communicating in English. You will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, maintaining service standards, and ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities | 主要工作职责
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Manage, supervise and motivate front-of-house staff.
- Organise staff rosters, coordinate shifts and manage staffing requirements.
- Train new employees and maintain high service standards.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints and special requests professionally.
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, hygiene and workplace safety standards.
- Manage stock levels, coordinate with suppliers and assist with inventory control.
- Oversee POS operations, payments and daily cash reconciliation.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure efficient communication and service.
- Identify operational issues and implement improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements | 任职要求
Essential Requirements / 必备条件：
- Strong English communication skills are essential. Must be confident communicating with English-speaking customers and staff.
- Previous 2 years+ experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, organisational and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.
- Reliable, responsible and able to work independently.
- Availability to work adaptable shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Valid working rights in Australia.

- Current RSA certificate (where applicable).
