Perth Recruitment Services is currently seeking an experienced Cook or Commercial Chef to work in a hospital located in the Western Suburbs.
Rotational roster of 5am – 1.30pm shifts and 9.30am – 6.00pm shifts.
Will be expected to work some weekends.
Duties Include:
- Bulk food preparation
- Following set menus
- Maintaining hygienic practices and adhering to food safety standards
- Preparing meals according to dietary and allergy requirements
- Assisting in menu development
Essential Requirements:
- Full availability, including weekends
- Previous experience in a similar role (e.g. hospital, aged care, or commercial cookery)
- Immediate availability
- Full working rights in Australia
- Completion of Food Safety Supervisor Training Course
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher
