We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Mortlake. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.
To be considered
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- What we provide
No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.
What you will do
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Your availability
Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
What it pays
Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
