Unifi Services is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to work closely with clients, business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to identify business needs and deliver effective technology-driven solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, evaluating existing systems, and translating business objectives into functional specifications that support the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions.

The role involves facilitating communication between business and technical stakeholders, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and supporting projects across software development, cloud computing, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation, as applicable to client requirements.

The Business Analyst will contribute to the successful delivery of projects by ensuring that proposed solutions align with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, operational requirements, and agreed project outcomes. The position also involves conducting business process analysis, supporting testing and implementation activities, preparing project documentation, and recommending continuous improvements to enhance business efficiency, service quality, and operational performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Engage with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather, analyse, validate, and document business and technical requirements.
- Analyse existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, use cases, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate business needs into transparent requirements for software developers, solution architects, IT consultants, and project delivery teams.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, consultations,



and requirement-gathering sessions to establish project objectives and priorities.
- Perform gap analysis, impact assessments, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analysis to evaluate proposed business and technology solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design through implementation and post-implementation review.
- Support the analysis and delivery of IT projects involving software applications, cloud services, cybersecurity, network infrastructure, and digital transformation, where relevant.
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance business processes, system functionality, operational efficiency, and service delivery.
- Develop process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, system documentation, and other analytical artefacts to communicate business requirements effectively.
- Assist in defining project scope, deliverables, dependencies, milestones, acceptance criteria, and key performance indicators.
- Support test planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect management, and solution validation to ensure that delivered systems meet agreed requirements.
- Analyse business data, performance metrics, and operational reports to identify trends and provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Identify project risks, operational issues, and implementation challenges, and work with relevant stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies.
- Support change management, system implementation, user training, and the transition to new processes or technology solutions.
- Prepare business reports, management presentations, project updates, and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
- Monitor implemented solutions against business objectives and recommend ongoing improvements to systems, processes, and service delivery.
- Maintain clear communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to support the timely delivery of quality outcomes within agreed project scope and budget.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
