Snap Fitness Concord West Clemton Park | Personal Trainer

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Clemton Park. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

Hours you need to be free

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

What the role involves

- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- What you will need
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

Pay structure





This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
