Senza Nome Italian Restaurant which is located in Main Beach on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced trade waiter to join our professional front of house team.

We are a premium Italian restaurant seeking a skilled professional who can deliver attentive, knowledgeable and polished table service.

KEY DUTIES

The successful applicant will be responsible for:-

. Preparing and setting tables for service

. Welcoming and seating guests

. Presenting menus, beverages and wine lists

. Taking customer orders

. Providing advice about food, beverages and wine

. Serving food and beverages to a high standard

. Providing professional table service

. Clearing and resetting tables

. Processing orders and payments

. Maintaining presentation and cleanliness of the dining area

. Responding professionally to customer requests

. Working closely with kitchen and front of house staff

. Supporting specialised premium dining service requirements

ABOUT YOU-:

You will have relevant hospitality experience to demonstrate-:





. Experience as a waiter or trade waiter

. Solid food and beverage knowledge

. Experience in a quality or premium dining restaurant

. Excellent customer service and communication skills

. Professional presentation and positive attitude

. Ability to work effectively in a busy restaurant

. Ability to work full time, including evenings and weekends

Wine service and other specialised front of house skills will be highly regarded

This position is ongoing and available for a minimum of 2 years and would suit a Gold Coast local.
