About Us

Appetite for Nutrition is an established, NDIS-registered allied health provider delivering dietetic services through home visits and telehealth across Melbourne, regional Victoria and the Gold Coast.

We're excited to be expanding our services to include Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology and are looking for passionate clinicians to join our growing team.

As these are new services for our business, referrals will build gradually, and there is no guaranteed caseload initially. This chance would suit clinicians looking for flexible, additional work alongside existing commitments, with the potential to grow their caseload as our services expand.

About the Role

We're seeking qualified Occupational Therapists with an interest in working with children and adults with disabilities, particularly NDIS participants.

Depending on your experience and areas of interest, you may support clients with functional capacity assessments, daily living skills, sensory processing, fine motor development, assistive technology and strategies to improve independence and participation in everyday activities.

You'll have the flexibility to choose your own working days, hours and service areas, providing home visits and/or telehealth.

This is an opportunity to work at your own pace, whether you're interested in taking on a few additional clients or gradually building a larger caseload.

About You

- Recognised Occupational Therapy qualification
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Interest or experience in supporting children and/or adults with disabilities
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) or Queensland Blue Card, as applicable
- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle for home visits
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance
- ABN and ability to work as an independent contractor
- Ability to work independently and manage your own appointments
- Experience working with NDIS participants desirable

Locations

We're currently recruiting across Melbourne, regional Victoria and the Gold Coast. We also welcome applications from Occupational Therapists in other locations across Australia.
