Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Moe Westbury
Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Westbury. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.
Hours you need to be free
Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
What we are looking for
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- What you will do
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Pay
Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission.
The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.
