Silver Oak Cleaning is looking for reliable, motivated and detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing Melbourne team.

We provide professional residential cleaning services, including regular general cleaning, deep cleaning and end of lease cleaning.

We offer flexible casual employment with ongoing work opportunities, professional training and support from our scheduling and operations team.

What We Offer

- Casual employment with superannuation
- Approximately 15–35 hours per week, subject to available work
- Work mainly Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm
- Flexible availability, including school-hours opportunities
- Weekly pay
- Paid travel time between scheduled jobs
- Training provided — experience is not essential
- Cleaning equipment and products supplied
- Ongoing support from our scheduling and operations team

What We're Looking For

To be considered, you will need to:

- Have your own reliable car and a valid driver's licence
- Have a valid Police Check or be willing to obtain one
- Be reliable, punctual and responsible
- Have good attention to detail




- Be physically capable of performing cleaning duties
- Be comfortable travelling between clients' properties
- Be willing to complete our training
- Have a positive attitude and take pride in your work
- Have the legal right to work in Australia

Previous professional cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential. We provide training and welcome applicants who are hardworking, dependable and willing to learn.
