Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in The Falls. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full time hours.
Availability
You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
Requirements
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Day to day
Be part of our mentoring and team workshops. Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting. Follow our coaching and admin systems. Coach each client one-to-one.
Pay
This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top.
Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:
- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.
