About The Full Time Delivery Driver Position
We are looking for a Full Time Delivery Driver.
Your tasks include:
Assist loading goods into the truck prior to delivery
Delivering goods to our customers
Unloading empty boxes/trays at the end of delivery
You will report to work at 6:30am to assist loading goods, after which driving starts at around 7:15am+. Typically, driving/delivery lasts between 5 to 7 hours. You will be delivering Monday to Friday (5 days).
Full training will be provided. Upon completion of training, you will simply be repeating the delivery routes week after week, delivering to the same customers most of the time.
**About Future Delivery Requirements**
Currently, the delivery route mainly covers the same customers each day. However, as our business expands, the number of customers and deliveries may gradually increase, which could result in longer delivery times and additional stops.
If the delivery workload exceeds what can reasonably be completed within the current working hours, we will review the working arrangements accordingly.
Skills and Experience
Full car license is required. Truck license is NOT required – our small truck can be legally driven with a normal car license.
**PRIOR DELIVERY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED**
Furthermore, the ideal candidate has the following qualities:
Clean driving record
Prioritises safety over everything else
Feel comfortable on the road up to 7+ hours at a time
Working Environment
We are located about 15-minute walk from Mount Druitt Train Station. Shuttle transport to/from the Station can be arranged. If you drive, there are plenty of roadside parking available.

Salary: starting at $200 per delivery day + superannuation (3-6 months probation period). Salary will be reviewed periodically and adjusted based on performance.
