PT Role | Snap Fitness Concord West Greystanes

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Greystanes. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full time hours.

Pay

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- When you need to be available
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.

Day to day

- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Rent and support





There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

Qualifications

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
