This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Freestone, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.
What you will need
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
Availability
Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
Your responsibilities
Coach each client one-to-one. Use the team's coaching and admin systems. Be part of our mentoring and team workshops. Talk current enquiries through how the training works.
Pay structure
You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission.
The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.
